  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • More basil leaves, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Dice the Roma tomatoes and combine them in a bowl with chopped basil and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt.
