  • 1 Cup All-Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or agave)
  • 3 Scoops Organic Plant-based Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (or sugar-free)
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Festive Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and coconut flour until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the dough; roll into balls and press down to form heart shapes on the prepared sheet.
  4. Freeze hearts for 10-15 minutes while melting dark chocolate chips mixed with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip each heart in melted chocolate until fully coated and sprinkle toppings before placing back on parchment.
  6. Chill again for another 10-15 minutes to let chocolate harden before serving.
