  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  2. In another bowl, sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until just combined; lumps are fine.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat (about 325°F). Melt a pat of butter in the skillet.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake into the skillet. Cook until golden brown on one side (about 1 minute and 30 seconds), then flip and cook until golden on the other side.
