  • 4 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the Russet potatoes into thick slices.
  2. In a large bowl, mix 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
