Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté sliced leeks for 3-4 minutes until tender, then add chopped asparagus and cook for another 5 minutes until vibrant.
