- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel topping)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (for streusel topping)

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for streusel topping)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture alternately with sour cream until well combined.
