  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Coconut Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Mint
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest or Juice
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds or Extra Chili Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly with this marinade.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, chili flakes, vinegar, butter, and minced garlic. Pour this sauce over the seared chicken.
  4. Transfer the skillet to an oven preheated at 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 25 minutes until cooked through.
