  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 cups Pecan Halves
  • 1/2 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, softened cream cheese, apple cider vinegar, softened butter, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Press the dough into a greased pie pan and poke holes in it with a fork.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. While cooling, whisk together eggs, sugar-free maple syrup, sugar-free honey, Swerve brown sugar substitute, vanilla, and melted butter in another bowl.
  6. Add pecans and chocolate chips to the cooled crust before pouring the filling over them.
  7. Cover edges with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  8. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
