  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 12 ounces Sliced Natural Smoked Sausage
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups Whole Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until almost done.
  3. Stir in sliced smoked sausage and brown both proteins.
  4. Temporarily remove chicken and sausage; sauté chopped onions and bell peppers until softened.
  5. Add broccoli florets and water; cover to steam until tender-crisp.
  6. Whisk soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger paste, and sugar-free maple syrup in a bowl.
  7. Return chicken and sausage to the skillet, pour the sauce over everything, and simmer for 5 minutes.
