  • 2 lbs steak (choose from NY strip, ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Cajun seasoning and olive oil for flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 50-60 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. While potatoes are baking, cut steak into bite-sized pieces and coat with avocado oil and cajun seasoning. Sear in a hot skillet until golden brown; toss in garlic butter.
  3. In the same skillet, add more butter and garlic; whisk in heavy cream until simmering. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings.
