  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
