  • 19 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 oz. frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a bowl. Chill in the fridge.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced red onion, thawed spinach (drained), crumbled feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into five patties.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Assemble burgers with yogurt sauce on buns and top with sliced cucumber and red onion.
