  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peach filling by combining cubed peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
