  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel, drained
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, divided
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, combine Velveeta queso blanco, pepper jack cheese, and cream cheese.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, spinach, Rotel, and evaporated milk until well mixed.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until melted.
