  • 2 lbs beef sirloin strips
  • 3 large bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing hot beef broth with bouillon cubes, soy sauce, honey, ginger, black pepper, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl until combined.
  2. Layer the beef strips at the bottom of the slow cooker, pour the sauce over them, then add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours. Stir gently halfway through if possible.
  4. Once cooked, stir again before serving over rice or noodles.
