  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 lb Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Coarse Salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Season beef brisket with olive oil and spices. Sear until golden.
  2. Cook brisket in a slow cooker with beef broth on low for about 8 hours until tender.
  3. Shred the cooked brisket and mix with cheeses, sour cream, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Preheat oven and roll out pizza dough into squares. Fill squares with brisket mixture and seal tightly.
  5. Bake sealed pretzel bombs on a lined baking sheet until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
