  • 1 large avocado (sliced)
  • 1 medium ripe avocado (for dressing)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cook crispy bacon if using; hardboil the eggs.
  2. Season flank steak with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Heat skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add oil, then cook steak for about 3 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  3. Let the steak rest covered in foil for about 10 minutes before slicing.
