  • 1/2 Cup Crumbled Cheese (goat cheese, gorgonzola, blue cheese or feta)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt/Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
