  • 8 rice paper sheets
  • 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 block firm tofu or 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft.
  2. Transfer to a damp surface.
  3. In the center, add a layer of vermicelli noodles, followed by veggies and tofu or chicken.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom.
  5. Lightly brush each roll with sesame oil.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
